Designation System Engineer Role End user Management Level L1 Job Location Malad Experience min 1 year to maxi 3 years Nature of Job Permanent Qualification Any Degree (Mandatory) Shift timing 24/7 support (willing to work rotational shift include night shifts also) Duration for Joining: Within 10 to 15 days Communication Good in verbal and written communication Job Profile: 1)Should have knowledge of Windows Domain. 2)Should have hardware knowledge. 3)Must have worked on ticketing tool, outlook (troubleshooting, OST, PST). 4)Should have knowledge of basic network commands, SSID, WIFI configuration. 5)Should have worked on Antivirus updation, Patch upgradation. 6)Should be aware call logging process. 7)Should have idea about ITIL (SLA, Incident, Service Request), Asset Management. 8)Knowledge of Outlook 365, Video conferencing Devices. 9)Should have knowledge about Network Printer.
