Job Summary Do calling on Data and Generate Leads. Fixing up appointment for client place meeting and explain about the project. Fixing up site visits for clients. Working for accomplishing target. (Both weekly & Monthly) Ability to deliver results and meet deadlines. Ability to work in a team & should be a team player. Report on calling activities to management. Assist customers via voice, email or chat. Handle queries and complaints of customers. Transaction handling Services, Problem Solving Efficiency. Responsible to deliver high quality and productivity results that meet the identified targets. Ability handle tough situation with customer. Strong ability to multitask and take fast decisions independently. Maintains composure and patience with customers. Correctly follow and implement different quality standards/definition documents. Skills: Technical / Functional skills Excellent computer skills Good English speaking and writing Telephone etiquette * Behavioural Skills: Coordination and convincing skills Good interactive skills Graduate in any discipline Min 2 years calling experience (total 2-5 yrs) Past experience of Working in insurance sector, real estate, loan companies etc Salary Band: Rs. 12,000/- to 15,000/- If anybody interested please contact with us on 7303049975 (Lokesh Sharma)
